1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PodCut (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

PodCut is an AI-powered tool that analyzes podcast episodes to identify and extract shareable highlight clips. The Service is provided “as is” and is currently in beta.

3. User content

  • You retain all rights to the audio and video files you upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant PodCut a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your files for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.
  • We do not claim ownership over your content or the highlights generated from it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that you do not have the right to use or distribute.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit the Service.
  • Overload or disrupt the Service through excessive or automated use.

5. AI-generated output

The highlights, scores, and suggestions generated by PodCut are produced by AI models (OpenAI) and may not be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before publishing or distributing it.

6. Beta disclaimer

PodCut is currently in beta. The Service may contain bugs, may be temporarily unavailable, and features may change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or reliability during the beta period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodCut and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
